I started as a bather at a local salon in 2012 and quickly worked my way up to become a groomer. I started here in 2019, while the grooming/boarding building was still under construction.
I can truly say that I love my job!
My favorite part is when I gain the trust of a scared or aggressive dog and to see the confidence of a freshly groomed dog.
I traveled to many different grooming shows and seminars all over the east coast to further educate myself, and to learn about new products and tools.
In my free time I like to walk my dogs, Willow, a 7 year old shepherd mix and Coco, 4 year old standard poodle. My 13 year old pomeranian papillon mix, Heidi enjoys riding all kind of vehicles, from my husbands tractor to a fast boat ride on Lake Murray. I also enjoy travel, and watching both football ⚽️ and american football 🏈 .

I have been grooming here since November 2023, however I have been grooming about 5 years prior. I have always worked with animals and take pride in my work. Some of my grooms have been in local magazines and on build boards around Lexington county. So you may have seen my work and didn’t even know! Ever since I was a little kid I have wanted to be a pet groomer, & now I get to live out my childhood dream. I also do a lot of work in the rescue field. At home I have a mini “senior dog sanctuary”, where I help the older pups live out their last years to the fullest! Working with animals and being the voice of the voiceless is so rewarding and I wouldn’t trade it for the world.

I started here in June of 2023. I have been working with animals in many different fields of animal care including emergency vet medicine before starting here! While I did love that job, I knew my true passion was being a dog groomer! I have been doing bathing and prep work for about 3 years before I started my apprenticeship here! I am currently learning more and more every day and am so excited I can combine my love for animals and creativity into this profession. I have two animals of my own: a 6 year old goldendoodle named Minnie Mae, and a 1 year old calico kitty named Magnoliq Moo!”
